Snakewulf - having no alias by his own choice - is a Night Watcher, one of numerous scouts that are part of the Guardians of Twilight.

He is one of many of the HWDP's (or Hybrid Weapons Development Program) numerous projects, however Snakewulf - or Raptor-1 as what HWDP personnel used to refer to him as - is no mere hybrid. Not only did the HWDP desire to create and weaponize Pokemon hybrids, but also create their very own Pokemon. Snakewulf is the result of careful selection and constant cultivation of genetics from countless Pokemon, with his 'birth' he became one of the very first organic Pokemon that has been made from scratch.

Snakewulf is completely designed and optimized for killing. His body possesses extremely tough yet flexible hide, his bones and teeth are made of a reinforced carbon and are heavily resistant to fracture, he is capable of sprinting at over 30mph and can do so at a constant rate for up to two hours, his biting power is strong enough to penetrate most steel alloys, his vocal chords allow him to mimic most sounds, his senses of sight and smell are heightened, and other various traits. The appendage on his tail can be utilized to manipulate objects, preventing him from being limited in terms of dealing with doors or even allowing him to utilize various weapons.

When he was designed, he was meant to have enough intelligence to be a capable problem solver as well as listen to simple orders. However upon his creation, he displayed an extremely high intelligence. Within weeks he began to piece together the language of various personnel who oversaw his development, and eventually he even began to speak the language itself. Once he learned enough, he began inquiring about the various things of the world before finally asking about the reasons for his existence.

This created many complications for the HWDP, since a creation who questions their creator's motives can create a big problem. Because of this they ordered for Snakewulf's extermination and start over again, however a few HWDP Personnel who grew attached to Snakewulf objected to this. In secret they freed Snakewulf and pointed him towards the neighboring Pokemon country of Evolutia, in hopes that he would find a better place - in which he did. To this day Snakewulf doesn't know what happened to the people that helped him, and because of them he hasn't built any sort of prejudice towards the Human species.

Snakewulf is a very inquisitive individual. When given the opportunity he always enjoys being able to participate in new experiences, and if possible also ask various questions. He is known to be a very friendly individual and often partakes in conversation if able, and he's also developed a great sense of humor. He fully embraces his origins and goes as far as to tell others that he is a completely new species, not once feeling like an outsider. Despite him being a very capable killer, he often acts nonchalant about his capabilities.
