Yes.
This is the flag of the Greater Hostrian Empire (GHE), which is not to be confused with the previous 'Hostrian Empire'. I tried to make it reflect the Greater Hostrian mentality, which involves genocide, dominance, imperialism, xenophobia and dystopia. I'm glad with how it turned out, but some parts I can't identify I find a little lackluster... seriously can't tell what is irking me the wrong way about the flag tho
