This is a really old version of Sunstar. No she is NOT a neko. She is a cat with a short snout and though it's not shown she has white dragon wings that span 10 feet and she 5 feet tall. As you can see she is all white with black hair and ears. She has purple stripes on her cheeks and upper arms. Her eyes are blue. Her hair touches her waist and she is generally seen wearing a purple leather collar with studs and amethysts on it, the gold tag says, "Owned by Sirus Alcat." Sunstar is very shy and timid unless her master is around.
