Thank you =D I've been thinking about making a basic tutorial walkthrough on how I paint a piece with acrylics.. Of course it varies for each piece, but my techniques are I think a little weird for acrylics, and more like watercolor techniques.. (for instance in this one I used mostly wet-on-wet washes for creating the ground - except the flowers I used masking fluid to block those in first so I wouldn't have to paint around them.
I absolutely recommend delving into paints - its quite an adventure and there seem to be a lot fewer limitations than there are in some other media.

Oh, cool! I've liked ragdoll cats ever since I found out about them, but I don't think I've seen any in furry art before. I love how fluffy she looks, and all of the little decorative touches with the bow in her hair, and the beads around her ankle. Plus, I think the slightly extended claws on her foot are kind of cute (and very feline)! And your backgrounds always look so beautiful. I particularly like the clouds, and the flowers all around her.
Now I'm going to have Rag Doll (the Four Seasons song) stuck in my head the rest of the day.
