Well, Well another member of Vermillion's team is finally shown and it seems to be his Right-Hand man, Fidel. But you can say that he's more like his shadow. He's also the youngest in his team but his skills in Sharpshootering (Using Bullet Seeds and Pin Missle) are in a way second to none. Not much of a talker, but will do anything thiat his leader Vermillion tells him to do without question. He know his boss more than anyone else, being that some years ago again, He had a pretty bad upbringing and Vermillion's gang took him in. Though he knew that he was in a violently dangerous gang himself, he feels that he owns Vermillion his life and will fight for his cause, no matter the consequences. He got in the school, having his tuition being payed by Vermillion's father money. One thing you could also say, He's like the Hanzo Hattori (Samurai Warriors Version) of PCA, by mannerisms alone.

As I was saying about him being a Sharpshooter, He uses Bullet Seeds, Seed Bombs, Pin Missles, and if you're not careful, he might have put Leech Seeds on you to take away your energy. He personally excels in fighting from a certain range, but if he has to, he can use Needle Arm to fight close Combat.
