I thought it was a heavily stylized Beastars fanart (I just started reading the manga, BTW) but it's actually an original piece from artist Kecap Asin Artworks (don't forget to add the 'Artworks' in the search bar, or else you'll get soy sauce search results). Kecap based around something called the Snoot Challenge.

So here we have Mirage struggling with an enchantment, clearly failing at making a heart hand gesture. Asael saw an opportunity to stick his nose in her business. She was not all that amused.
With a complete deprivation of basketball games of my liking, I was able to get it done in time. Plus, with a little planning and measuring, I was able to copy-paste one of the panels, only changing the eyes with some pre-drawn ones during the work-in-progress.
I originally intended to draw this while waiting around during work hours, but with Valentine's Day around the corner, I decided to make that my deadline, even though I consider that date less of a holiday and more of a joke.
Why, yes I'm single, how did you know?
Anyways, consider this my Valentine's Day gift to you all.
