I would suggest to keep doing smaller pieces for practice. That way you can do something that is completely out of your comfort zone and even if you are not happy with the end result, you did not lose too much time. You can always come back to/finish the ones you are happy with.

Yeah, that's actually why I started this account was to get me comfortable posting artwork online, no matter how bad it looks. It is tempting though for me to want to focus on making completed works, because I feel like I should make them to get people to pay attention to me. Which is funny, because that's the one thing I shouldn't be worried about. Like a weird case of stage fright. Make my work look more appealing for fear of being judged, even though no one knows who I am.
