Wanted to draw something from scratch for 2020, since I tend to finish art from sketches that I sketch from years ago. This piece also made me realise what I was doing wrong with my shading from my previous piece; I was using the wrong brush and drawing at 100% hardness from start to finish, hah. She looks a bit dino-ish too, which is what I was aiming for. I also wanted to give her some personality through appearance, so I made her look spiky and gave her some scars. What's a warrior without scars? ;)
