There is one ABDL / Zootopia story that I really liked, involving Finnick and Gideon Grey: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/22065045/

Finnick is essentially afforded a childhood since he never had one in the first place growing up. Gideon Grey is his Daddy, and Finnick has willingly become Gideon's baby, letting himself be diapered, bottle fed, and in general being babied.

So maybe this is sometimes after. Gideon taking Finnick for an outing to meet his (Gideon's) parents or Nick and Judy coming to visit Gideon Grey and his "baby" in their home in Bunny Borrow.

Is this project still going on?

Thief Scheme gone wrong? Finnick goes undercover as a baby to sneak into a rich guys/gal house. He's there to steal a precious jewel or expensive artifact. Trouble is, he doesn't have an escape route and is stuck playing baby a little longer.
