There we go, it's the trio of starters from Starting in the Lab - Johto. This is one of the scenes from there, sort of, where Hickory (Chikorita) tied up Willow (Totodile) and made some rather stiff demands, so to speak, upon the poor little Cyndaquil if he wanted to save her.
It was all part of a game, though, however the gullible little Cypress (Cyndaquil) was none the wiser and thought that Hickory was actually going to kill Willow. No, silly, you pudgy little fire mouse thing. <3
This scene is a bit less tame in the story, just so you know, but this makes for a really nice picture nonetheless. I hated drawing all of that stuff in the background. Ugh, Elm's lab is such a freaking mess. ;-;

The background is so nice though, I mean, look at that blur on blur action...! Really though I do think the background is very fitting, hah.
As for the scene, I thought it was just innocent cute, play, looks like I was wrong, an that is why no one judges from the cover... Which I oddly enough used a little bit ago in another comment... Haha, oh that poor Cyndaquil, but wow that devilish Chikorita, I certainly admire her attitude haha... ... ... Stiff demands... Pffft, hehehehe... *Cough* Um so yeah, Nice job, really neat, an interesting scene!
