Some designs I'm doing for a school project as a collaboration between myself and some guys in the videogames department at USC. It'll be turned into an iPhone game about a young sailor in the 17th or 18th century searching for his father, a former Navy captain who goes rogue after he was unfairly discharged from service.
The anime-style was requested of me, we're going for a look similar to Bones Studio (makers of Eureka 7 and Bounen no Xamdou, among other things). Trying to come up with semi-period accurate outfits, but the time period is a tad ambiguous.
