Wish I could do something that good.

You know, that's an old suit, and as a lot of my fursuits or cosplays, they were sometimes done a little to quickly. I wish I could have the time to redo some parts of the suits better now. But I've learned a lot when I did that one. The better way to learn sometimes it's to be able to experiment new technics.
It's not very complicated to try to do your own fursuits, it's not even too expensive. This one was done with cheap but bad fun fur, some foam, and a glue gun, and a plastic sheet and some acrylic paint for the eyes.
The thing is to have some free time and to be able to try several technics to see what works better for you and to acquire skills. And not before long you will be able to do your own suit.

I can thank my wii board for that ^_^! It's hard to stay in shape when your work far away from home and need to go to restaurants all week long.
So I'm happy to be able to wear it still now.
I always prefer to try to do some tight bodys for my fursuits.
It was one of my first try with the duct tape dummy, in order to work on a tight bodysuit.
But I would love to work on some padding ideas I have since years too and to find new shapes for some of my next fursuits.

I've a krystal cosplay on it's way, but I still work on her head, I think it will be probably done this summer. It's a new technic I try to do so I still experiment a lot of things and some new fabrics on her, so I'm pretty slow.
I've a dark blue and gray husky on it's way too. I've done the pattern for the fur, but I still need to cut the fur and as I'm trying some new sewing technics it will probably tooks me two month to do it.
And to change my mind between all those suits, I'm still working on wings concept for a bird fursuit, and on some padding and leg prothesis for some quaduped suits.
In fact I've still few suits or ideas I'm working on for a few years, I keep them in one of my room, and when I've some free time, I simply took off the dust on it, and work again on that idea or try new ideas.
I know that I won't be able to finish them all now or to do half of the suits I would love to do during my lifetime, but to simply work on little parts of those suits, just to see if it could work one day, is a big part of the fun for me.

C'est le truc sur ce costume, encore qu'au final j'ai des idées aujourd'hui pour les faire encore plus grandes. Quand tu vois la taille de tails par rapport a ses deux queues, tu te rends compte qu'elles sont presque aussi grande que lui.
C'etait toujours le truc quand je voyais d'autres cosplays de tails qui pechait un peu. Apres tout c'est ce qui lui donne quand meme son nom.
Le truc apres c'est qu'il me faudra une voiture plus grande, parcequ'elles tiennent tout juste dans ma 206 ^_^!

Marrant, ça me rappelle le dessin de Tails et Klonoa que javais réalisé en 2004 pour LightFox... C'était l'époque où je voulais offrir des dessins à toute le monde.
Et voilà qu'il me demande un truc ouvertement gay, avec des personnages que je ne connais pas du tout ! Pour moi, tout était donc encore à découvrir... =>

Thanks ^_^ I would have loved to have a little more time when I did that one, to add some details and to make those tails a little better, but at least they were the size I wanted them to be. It was one of the main part of that suit for me, and a big part of the character and I didn't want to miss that too much.

I've made it a long time ago, so I'm not sure how much it did cost me to do, the fur was a cheap and not very good in quality, but it was enough for a cosplay supposed to be worn a few time only. I guess it did took me a few weeks to make.

I wanna see more of him. :3
