FC 20 #83: Good Evening, Ralph (Ryu_Raccoon 1/2)
It has been quite a while since I have seen this fursuiter that dresses almost like Disney's Robin hood, and you may have seen him before, but with a different head. I have last seen him in 2014: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/14891047/ ; now it seems that he made his own head. Do notice too that his ears sparkle! It also came to me that the fox's name is Ralph. Too, he USED to be a 
BayFurs, but from him, he moved to where there are more foxes are-Virginia. His job has let him go to FC and enjoy the Martin Luther King weekend. He's attending FCDC, but won't be in it. If he were to dance with lighted ears on, it would be an interesting thing going on...
