Nanakisan put out an interesting offer to the FA mods at just about the same time my application to be a forum moderator was accepted. Five bucks could get you a 3D model of a custom designed banhammer.
I just had to jump on it It took a while, but Nana did a nice job working with my concept. If it was a pricier commission I might have specified more, but the build was complex as it is, so I didn't want to be overly picky. And Nana nailed most of the key points for the thing as it is.
So for the purpose of forum moderation:
1) Hammerhead integrated into a hollowed shaft.
2) The hollowed shaft serves as a sheath for a sword blade.
3) Mounted to the end of the sword's handle is a pen-tip, signifying the holder of the hammer is a writer, able to edit posts, and it's also handy for inking new weapons and tools out of thin air.

1) You'd likely be incapable of operating a fire-arm
2) You'd likely be incapable of fending off either a hammer or sword being swung at you
3) (if you can actually work the gun) You'd also have to deal with your own bullets being sent back at you via telekinesis, plus crushing physical manipulation of your body and the environment.

I only vaguely recall the notes I sent you while you were doing the rough works, and they're long deleted. The only comment I remember typing during the WIPs was that the hammer was supposed to have a kinda sleek profile, and the pen end could have been smaller. I don't remember anything that got mentioned aside from those, however. It was a while back.
