i forget if i had plans for him at all, but i had the idea of his hand and elbow being nailed into place
the elbow thing kind of fucks things up a bit ,as i saw him being able to whip the noose around and snare people for a quick hanging

I need to redraw it, he is supposed to be fuckinghuge, but the noose's frame should still be alot higher, it kind of fucks up the hand placement as well here
