One of my first proper pictures after a long hiatus, there’s been much going on in life, some good some bad, I just needed to focus on other things for a while but I can finally get back to drawing and doing the things I love, at least for a while.
I passed my police recruitment exams and my therapy is going well but also health is just not good at all and family stuff just bleugh

This year I want to try and focus on healing myself physically and mentally, I’ve been told by my psychiatrist I need to practice self validation, and dealing with trauma/emotions so I’m going to try doing that through art
