Punchline is a RollieFoolie, a Fetishmon themed after a clown and inflation. Her typing is Ghost/Fairy
Not much is known about this mysterious Mon. It's commonly agreed that she's a Fetishmon experiment with a clear goal to help other Fetishmon and Pokémon have fun together than to hide from each other.
Her hands and head are not connected to her body which allows her to pick it up and throw it at others. She uses this ability for her acts and various forms of fun.
Her moves include a move similar to Blacephalon's Mind Blown which she inflates her body to use as a bomb. She grows a new body whenever she uses that move. Other moves including lighting her tail fuse to build up her power over time and a debuffing move which makes others laugh, causing them to swell and become more clown-like.
