It's a character of Tugrik's creation, a monoceros. He's a fuzzy mammalian dragon sort of critter if I'm remembering it right. I love the concept! :)

Haha funny thing, I have to draw him for a badge. I was confused on what anatomy to base him off of. So I went with a feline /horse mix keeping in mind a draconic look.. because thats what he looks like from 90% of the art people made of him XD

Anyhow, I really love how you draw hair. It always turns out amazing. Mine look like wavy little mops XD
