Hahah, that torso armor is perfect, reminds me of Dr Freeman from the Half Life series.

I think you need to work on his head and beak a little, I know dolphin heads can be confusing at first to draw. :)

Interesting work. I think there is potential for a serious anthro sci fi movie sometime, maybe if the right creative team gets together, I think it could possibly work.
