still learning I was trying to get it as she turns her profile shifts slightly so her chest would become more obvious but yeah probably over did it...im not very good at frame by frame stuff but im only gonna get better if i practice

Sorry. Wasn't meant as a bad thing. And yes, turning her profile would certainly have that effect on her chest. Don't put yourself low, you did a really great job here. Now one is good at the beginning (you are pretty close thought^^) and like you said, you only get better with practice.

How do you make animated things and how do you upload

You can make them with Paint.net, Photoshop, or any other program that will allow you to save your work in GIF format. Those programs save each layer as an individual frame, meaning it cycles through them one at a time at whatever framerate you choose. If you have a video, you can also use Imgur, Giphy, or other online conversion app to convert it to a GIF. You can also create a short animation using OpenToonz and save it in GIF format. To upload it, simply upload like any other type of art.

I'm using rough animator it's an app on iPad but I also can use ninye or after effects both are Adobe software. Uploading here is the same process as uploading a picture

Very nicely animated. I love the almost hand drawn appearance it takes, making it look more human with the errors rather than the nearly still, lifeless 2D animation that became dominant in animation as a whole until recently!
