The falcon girl is on top of an abandoned antenna and too afraid to jump down or even fly, because she has so much fear of the height that it makes her body shake...
Well, even birds need parachutes sometimes. Flying at or jumping from any height isn't always safe, and it really is frightening sometimes. Hopefully she will wake up and only realize that it was a really awful nightmare.
