Finally managed to get this out. With FA going down harder than some tired sex joke, I was beginning to worry this would be late.

Today is a slight step back from story structure to discuss something particular: where a story starts. Often times, the hardest part to get right is determining the proper place to begin telling your tale. There isn't an easy solution to this problem. As with most artistic issues, getting it right comes with practice and putting in the work. Still, I felt it was a topic worth some discussion and hope this points you in the correct direction.
