Well, I have conquered my tests for the week, and I felt pretty good about all of them; luckily, I've been working on this little gift in-between my studies! :D
This here is a cute little poem centered around
bloo_roo as a gift to 
jazzycat for the AWEsome gift art that she surprised me with. Of course, it's a gift for you too, Bloo! x3
Oh, I thought enjambment would do wonders for this poem, and I think it did. Notice that the poem has a fairly fast pace most of time--that's because a lot of the lines aren't end-stopped (without punctuation). ^^
I hope you all have fun reading this as much as I did writing it! For those of who have read it, this flows a lot like my "Be Wary Berry" poem. =)

Hmmm, I may end up writing a lot more poems based off of your pictures; I'm very fond of children's poetry, and your art is LOADS of inspiration for that field! ;D

OKay, all in all its cute, the message as always is fairly clear
but something seemed a little off on my first and following read-throughs. rhythm? like I said. Its late X3
but I gave a shot at some constructive criticism, if ya want I can take another shot at it in the morning.

meh, punctuation is only as significant as you make it. I forget the author (they're hell old and well know) but they write and capitalize at random and punctuate in the same manner, almost to the point that its like a signature for them. when you read you actually read the stanzas as sentences in almost monotone. and even then they still sound refined! (I wish I could find some of the stuff but it was almost 5 years ago X3)
Oh wowwies ^///^ *blushes and skuffs his footpaw on the floor* Jeeze that's so adorable! It's like a mother goose nursery rhyme but so much better. It gracefully rolls off the tongue with each sentence, each rhyme bringing more and more of a smile. In more simple terms- it's SO AWESOME!!!

This poem is a fine example of what separates you from all others on FA. Your poetry is not just words, nor does it hold some simple, obvious metaphor. Every work of yours flows like a river from start to finish, capturing emotions in the most beautiful way possible. This is just...perfect. <3

That was absolutely adorable! I'm a fan of action-packed, battle-driven, anime-centered fight fests but. . . I admit, I'm a sucker for a sappy ending. . . I literally "D'aaaawd" in front of my friends, and I'm not ashamed . . . yet! Keep up the good work D-Tail, this one's gotta be my favorite of your works thus far! +Fav

I can't say I'm not a sucker for such endings as well, though. Hehe, I guess that's the "Disney" in me. Many thanks for the kind comment and fave, Jericho. It definitely brings a smile to my face to know someone likes a poem of mine to that extent. ^^

Well, what can I say, you have a lot of talent. Normally I don't like reading poetry just because the messages either depress me, or ruin my mood: but your works provide the opposite which really brightens my day and daily outlook. I suppose you could compare that to the "Disney Magic" we saw back in the 90s (though that's fallen to some. . . less than intelligent programming.) I enjoyed this poem because not only was it light-hearted and carefree, but because it had a very important moral that's simple to understand but invaluable to learn. Writing like that is accessible to a large variety of audiences, in my opinion, the best poetry is that which can affect a person's spirits (for better or worse) but more importantly convey their message in a smooth, yet elegant way. This by far was a great example and I hope to see more like it. Once again, keep up the great work!
