Only a little... We raise the fish in the bottle with water, then when the beer is brewed we empty out the bottle and fill it with beer instead. So the only fish urine you get is whatever the fish excretes as it slowly dies from not being able to breathe in beer properly. Then we let the beer ferment in the bottle for a few months.
