Ryder tried to make a weapon that would easy read the strength of the shields and disable it all in a small package with the added bonus not damaging or over heating any other weapon, Crono is where a shield strap which uses strand Dragon Shielding just without armor and more suited for officers or agents

But as it stands in could read the shields strength and make an affect that cause some damage which would be prefect to disable the shields but then it started having errors and breaking plus the weapon small size didn't care enough power to even take out the shields in the first place so its back to the drawing board
