Her arm is the exception to the rule as not her whole arm glows.

Her presence corrupts what is around her in the same fashion as static on a TV screen or a glitch in a video game. This includes even non-electronic devices such as tables, chairs and walls. The structural integrity of these objects are not compromised. Changes made to the psychical appearance of these objects are permanent, such as discoloration.
