For the first one,All pokemon taste great to Tag,But has a soft spot for the gooey ones especially
For the second,Possibly,Though I really don't know how to draw "the bits" at all
And for the third one,Tag is blue because he was born and lived in a cold terrain almost all of his life,Those living conditions made his body adjust to the cold and turned him blue,Also he can use ice abilities as well

For legendary pokemon,I have to say it's either Kyogre or Zygarde,I really like those two
For mythical pokemon,One of my all time favorites is Volcanion,I really like the design of it and find it really neat it's a fire/water type
