This is the first time I've picked up acrylics in two or three years and even before that I didn't use them much. Work in progress - the fiddleheads are still being worked on they pop more visually. This will be tossed into scraps when I get the finished version done.

Fun fact, I used to wild harvest fiddleheads every spring as a kid. Fiddleheads are what ferns start out as when they first emerge from the soil in spring. They're edible at that point and taste similar to asparagus.
