If nobody comes looking for the Arcanine, she should definitely give it to A. It's practically a rite of passage for humans to catch and/or evolve an Arcanine.
And if somebody does come looking for Arcanine. . . Arbok should show him/her where s/he is. . . Then give it to A (and I know someone who will take the human if Arbok and/or Serperior don't want another).

fun fact i stole the entirety of white run i entered every building and stole EVERY LAST THING i rechecked each room each corner each crevice about 10 times and i emptied whiterun and i recently emptied 2 more towns i think the 2nd one i emptied was winterhold and the other one was i think dawnstar im in the middle of emptying riften im about halfway done with that one im pretty much good on money but i love stealing its so fun
