Another commission for James Warthen

This is Shutter. Another enemy of Stormsoul and she is a dinosaur anthro and seems to be very mystical in nature. She patiently watches Stormsoul and challenges her in an attempt to make Stormsoul stronger.

Why?

So that when her soul is powerful enough, she can devour it and add Stormsoul's power to her own.

I'm kind of fond of the background on this one. Trying to make my commission more appealing overall.
