The bulb on Sluckle's tail creates a sweet, delicious nectar which this Pokemon would often suckle on for nutrients, only a few of them are willing to share their tail with others.
Frillmingo:
Frillmingo will go around forests and ponds to collect leaves, flowers or other plants which it finds beautiful to stick to its dress, they would often compete with each other to see who's the prettiest.
Bullby:
Bullby will tend to get very fussy if it doesn't get its way and will often throw a big tantrum in the process, their mane will light up in flames whenever it gets angry.

As for Bullby's stomache, don't make it bulge out as much.
The way you made it curve near its diaper's waistband makes it seem like its belly is just a circle (like Marshtomp's) Is that what you were going for? If not, make the belly more oval shaped (to imply that the color continues past the point the diaper covers).
