A monotone sketch painting to prepare myself for my senior project. This was done in about 4 or 5 hours, and is just gesso and acrylic on shitty brown paper. Assembled it stands about twice the height of me, and the finished project will be about double the size.

Every has been! There was a stencil project and that was the blank wall of choice. Now people like Alex and I use it as a painting ground. It's served it's time as a lovely wall painting, and now it's being useful and cluttered and beautiful in a completely different way.
This. Except with a vaguely illustrative background, about twice the size, and with colour. It's hard to explain, but it'll come out good.
