This is a small character of mine named Shrimp! She's an aquatic foo-cat (like a foo-dog, but more feline). Shrimp in particular lives in freshwater like ponds or lakes, but breaths air, much like an otter! She's about the size of a small housecat from nose to tail. She makes small, high-pitched chirps and mews, and can be hard to understand. And yes, her toe beans glow!
