I just watched the video and, from what I saw, none of those characters were the least bit likeable. Mickey was a thoughtless jerk and even though he didn't realize he was stepping on her feet, he should have been paying more attention to the fact that she was in physical pain because of him. Minnie was super shallow, and both Mickey and the cat both apparently just saw Minnie as an object to be won. But I guess that was just par for the course back in the time period that video was made.
