... that's a difficult question. Probably crows because I love them for their species quirks and general intelligence. But I'm also very fond of shrikes, butcherbirds, hummingbirds (tiny warriors!), uhhh... I like Peacocks, especially the weirder color varieties... bantam chickens... and of course owls and most raptors. What about you? (Well, probably ducks, right? But which kinds? I'm sure you have an opinion on this!)

I’m pretty open on all kinds of birds, depends on my mood honestly. Usually it’s a duck, just because they can be sweet but also really mean when they want to be. I love Crows and Raven, dark and great for gothic aesthetic. I do also love colorful unique birds, now my memory is shit and I usually recognize shit visually, so I can’t say names off the bat. Hahaha

Though I do love the fantasy variant of birds people come up with, especially around Owl design. Like the one final fantasy bird you can ride K am too lazy to open a tab to look up how to spell correctly. Lmao

Kea birds! They're colorful assholes. Domestic ducks are cute, but every wild one I've met has been some degree of an asshole... but that makes for a more fun character anyway. Oh, google Thick Billed Murre, you might like it. I have trouble viewing crows as being spooky because we have a flock that imitate cell phone ring tones at my house... :P

Owl designs tend to get really cool, I have some random concepts of owl characters from games I've never played saved to my computer just because I liked the look. A friend of mine loves owls so I also have a character design based on Barn Owls that was done for her.

I do love that bird, and yeah, but I love the asshole wild ducks cause’ I can relate. Hahaha I’m a wild duck at heart. Also that bird looks sooo cute, I kinda wanna draw one now in an anthro style. We need somewhere to have a community together of bird anthro lovers, call it ‘The Bird Cage Society’. Just come together with our bird sonas and designs and such.
