Yes there are some major perspective issues here, but it's good that you can see that. Your biggest problem is probably his left (or right) arm. Imagine this scene from a front view... his arm would be hella long if he was in fact holding onto the end of the couch like that.
Look up Scott Robertson's videos on perspective. He grids everything out, which will probably help you a lot.
