Hehe. This came out awesome, and I'm delighted to hear that you had fun doing it.
I love how Tannis' teeth are clenched in anticipation of that blade about to hit; and the fact that the blade is all banged up and used, makes it even more perfect. Plus, I love the touch of blood to show how Tannis is not the first to find himself in this situation. :)
Once again, you've beautifully captured the time period with this style, and I can't thank you enough for taking this commission and doing such a wonderful job with it.

*chuckles* I can only imagine what it must have been like for the last person to go, with the area slick with blood and smelling of flesh and death. Probably having a swarm of flies buzzing around to remind the person that they were soon to be nothing more than worm food. :)
