I can't tell you what happens in this comic - since I'd like you to read it for yourself - but the character Tom Turkey has tribal markings on his chest and belly as a way of honoring the efforts he accomplished for Big-Wolf. They look like paw prints. (Big-Wolf, Tom Turkey, and Eagleton are Big-Wolf's characters.)
