Though I imagine in most cases that first-time-seeing-own-blood is a far different reaction than that of preset-day.

Thoughtful question! However I can't really give you an interesting answer-

Her prior experience as an adventurer would indicate she's probably seen her own blood at least once after a scuffle with sharp and pointy monsters.
It wouldn't be anything hugely traumatic for her- Just get the wound covered and get a doctor if you need one.

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut in this picture for comedic purposes, nobody was hurt.
