The official ref sheet for Rusty the Retro Panda (at least until I commission someone more talented than myself to make a better one)! Gives a basic overview of Rusty's personality, likes, dislikes, and of course, what they look like!

This sheet was "finished" around the end of January 2020, but will likely be tweaked over time as the character evolves. I'm still figuring out exactly what makes them tick!
