Hmm... Not bad. Not bad at all. She's a cute character.
I'd have to say you've improved from the last sketches I've seen. I really have nothing to critique about here, her boobs are fine, her legs are okay, her form is pleasing, and you nailed the hips and waist right. Anatomy is A-OK.
Looks like hands are giving you trouble... There are many tutorials over in dA where you can learn to draw hands. Also, one of the things on her hair is positioned higher than the other one, and the broom is an "oh come on" thing.
