Now, the salad. Their salad. I am very much not used to a place that doesn't give you the option of what kind of dressing is on it, and this was the part that rolled the rest of my experience with the food. I don't like that kind of dressing. It was so bitter and sour and strong, and I knew that the type of food Olive Garden served was also in a similar taste zone being Pastas. It set up the downfall of the food that I was going to eat for my main corse.

..never tryed such a place.. yet, yes, too much of a flavor is far too much if not what you are after or hits you unexpectedly.. be it salty, sour, bitter, spicy...
I for one. know a certain bitter leaf I once thought was some funny lettuce... wish I could see my own face with that mouth-full... O.o ..well.. got an XP point for that and learned about a new leaf..
