You're half right - believe it or not, 'Roary' started out as 'Tricky' where he hosted a Saturday Morning show in the late 90s. I didn't last very long due to poor ratings, so very little of that show exists today. Apart from little clips like these floating online;

I remember Tricky the dragon! he used to present kids shows. I even have a recording of an Animaniacs episodes and there is a brief shot of both him and his dragon kitty. I always wanted to have her <3 <3. lovely picture of the two and what a blast from the past to see them!
