Here's the lady who had Henry taped to her wall. Her name's Melody.
She's an Ariados lady, and she's a little cold. She brews potions with odd effects, and generally her test subjects are people who she tricks into going on dates with her. Henry seems to think she's his girlfriend. Melody doesn't really remember his name.
As a poison type, she naturally makes her own, but it has a special property of growing whatever comes into contact with it. She has a fondness for finding individuals who want something "personal" made bigger, then giving them a hefty dosage, often past what the individuals would want.
Due to continued exposure to her own poison, her height has increased steadily over the years. She wears gloves for safety during her brewing process.
Oh, and it's not a wig, it's the result of a potion.
