The T-55BR Reconnaissance Reek was a variant of the venerable T-55 Reek that was geared for reconnaissance missions, as it predated the T-65BR much of the systems used by the Reconnaissance X-Wing's had originated from the T-55BR. A variant of the T-55BR was created by early Rebel cells to survey targets for their attacks and to warn of any new threats, the T-55SR Stealth Reconnaissance Reek had been created. Following the addition of the newer Reconnaissance fighters, all of the T-55BR and T-55SR's were reconverted back into T-55 Reeks before being placed relocated to various Rebel Bases across the galaxy.
