This idea for the early game birds was suggested by  DL_Draco_Rex!

Pokedex Entries:

Tweetwee:
A cheerfree baby Pokemon, Tweetwee waddles about with an eggshell protecting its posterior.

Storunt:
Know for being a nuisance, Storunts have been known to wonder about, stealing food, scaring children, and relieving themselves wherever they go.

Storkade:
It's large size and strength allows it to carry around even adult humans for long periods of time, they are widely known to transport groups of small Pokemon around, bringing them to safety, or to help return lost baby Pokemon to their families.

Originally Storkade would have two sets of wings, one large pair for flying, and a second set for carrying other Pokemon around. It's also about the same size as Corviknight.
