silverfish sometimes randomly crawl/slither into werehoglin's nose, exploring deep into the snotty, slimy cave, find a big, soft booger, and burrow into it to nap for a bit
unfortunately for them, werehoglin isn't too keen on having silverfish crawling inside his nasal cavities, so he usually tries to "fish" (pun intended) them out
