I was born with F.O.P, a life-long condition that turns muscle into bone, locking joints & eventually the whole body. Muscle trauma triggers it, so that means no injections, no surgeries - unless we ABSOLUTELY need it.
I can only move & use my right hand, and my left thumb. The rest of my body is rigid. My life expectancy is in the 50s. There’s no cure or treatment, yet. There are 800 known cases worldwide.
