This will be the 1st part of the pilot episode of the new muscle growth series, with similar things based on but separate from Pokemon Transformation and Muscle Growth series.

NOTE: Admittedly, I do a similar muscle growth thing to my OC, mostly in the Super Soldier Experiment , but honestly I want this series to be as longer as the Pokemon TF series (since March 2019) is right now, as in to expand to a couple of his friends.

About MALAKAS Project:
"MALAKAS", short for Muscle Acing, Longevity, And Knockout Advancement System Project is a military program enacted by Mayor Benjamin North (Chris's dad) to help enhance soldiers and reserves across the city. It is also open to civilians, man or woman, who wish to help serve the country. This enhancement project is still a prototype yet to be approved by the Californian government, and as well as by the US Federal Government.

Timothy Soro, a muscular college student living in Santo Tomas, volunteered to be a role model for coming recruits, given that he took up in ROTC in his home country. He promises to help and support recruits in any situation. Other veterans also volunteered to help their fellow soldiers and reserves.

In the meantime, recruitment is still open. Feel free to come and try!

The Actual Purpose:
Mayor North, inspired by his son's reports on his lab experiments, seeks to create an muscularized army for the city. Having collected thousands of alien parasites found in Northern Germany, he ordered mass recruitment through flyers, programs, and even online ads. While he really expected many available soldiers and reserves to join his project, he also believed that many civilians (mostly who even lacked military or physical training) would come, potentially overwhelming the number of soldiers stationed in his city.

Timothy admitted to many recruits and journalists that he wasn't given enough info about this project, and was hence unaware of its secret purpose. It's worth noting that he genuinely desires everyone to be as healthy and muscular as he is, so a few believe this is no coincidence. On the side note, he finished CWTS not ROTC, but he was given unreported military training from father's relatives in his early teens.

It's possible that no soldier in this city has ever learned about the project's secret. The project lies in the newly built, hidden base somewhere in the mountains, applied with strict conditions towards visitors. What's worse than that is that most civilian recruits really desired to be bodybuilders and super soldiers, as they could recognize something in the ads, so they're very unlikely to tell to the public without giving up their personal wishes. With that said, some of Timothy's friends actually happened to be among the said recruits.

As of now, time will tell whether someone inside or out will one day reveal the truth to the public.

Description About Subject:
Timothy Soro, a regular college student, happened to be born strong and muscular due to his father's genetics that have been affected by alien parasites from generation to generation since Northern Germany. Because of that, he was technically classified as a Soldier for the MALAKAS Project. There was little information about his early teenage years in public, but he straight up admitted to a younger wolf-deer that he himself was conscripted for a secret criminal organization named Asociación de Pena, Interdicto y Dominio (ASPID) whose operations were executed across the world, let them be theft, espionage, raid or even assassination. Even with that, there was nothing else about him.

However, the project itself didn't start immediately as soon as Timothy entered the picture. He was so keen with muscle growth artworks online that he started drawing such content, including himself as a bigger bodybuilder. One day, he accidentally stumbled upon a website that asked for volunteers for testosterone enhancement test, and he signed up. There, he first met the lead scientist Christopher North (who would later give Tim a condo to run) and his father Benjamin (who is a mayor), and expressed his hopes of seeing muscle growth coming to reality. Benjamin, sensing excitement and potential in the fox, revealed that the testosterone enhancement test was a key requirement in developing a muscle growth serum. As the scientists extracted bits of Timothy's DNA, they discovered strange hormones that build and harden muscles even in early age. Timothy confirmed this as his father said that those hormones were what made Tim muscular instantly at the age of 13, much to the scientists' mixed reactions of astonishment, confusion and skepticism. He added that the change had something to do with strange earwigs that could only be found in Northern Germany.

One year later, Christopher traveled to a town in Northern Germany (likely somewhere south in Lower Saxony) and discovered the earwig which happened to be an alien parasite whose venom forcibly morphs its victim into a bodybuilder, much to his shock and confusion as he had experienced a sting from that earwig. Having extracted the venom, Chris and his fellow scientists would have to make serious research, create a muscle growth serum, and then engineer the venom's concentration to develop another type of muscle serum, all for less than a year.

Benjamin had been planning to strengthen the army for his city, but having learned from his son's research, he decided to put the MALAKAS Project in motion. He then persuaded Timothy to join the project, hyping the fox up that even Timothy would become a bigger and stronger bodybuilder. Still the project didn't start immediately, as Ben wanted to see the three newly developed muscle growth serums worm. One chubby scientist volunteered for the first type and ended up morphing his belly into 6-pack, but then Tim was chosen to take two types. As Tim experienced growths one at a time, the staff had to record him. Seeing success, Benjamin decided to hire Timothy as an instructor for every recruit and put him on a promotional video. However, to put it simply, no one even bothered to come with a suggestion of putting him into hard exercises, making the project even shadier. Unbeknownst to everyone, overwhelmed with both effects of two serums and his desires of building muscles, he fell into an obsession of malicious intent of turning everyone into bodybuilders and by that, he started with the lead scientists who became his loyal bodybuilders.

For a year, Timothy would have to enjoy his recruits exercise and grow into super soldiers and juggernauts, and at the same time, look for a way to cheat for them and even transform some other higher-ups. However, his entire experience couldn't be safe even if he wanted it be, as the mountain base was rife with certain elements that did not just stall progress against the MALAKAS Project, but also threatened the livelihood of many recruits living there. One, a rebellious Super Soldier rhino named Dakota Cranberry was leading his own gang that owned the least secured part of the base and usually committed criminal acts, such as theft, harassment, sabotage, vandalism, and even death threats. Two, Brisa Creek as a beaver-predominant empire was a more obvious concern to its neighboring areas as its beavers were conquering towns and outposts one by one. Three, concerned parents of many recruits from South Redwood began showing up at the local town nearest to the base and protesting against the project. Four, the higher-ups behind the said project began conspiring to make their ends meet in their own self-interests, let alone out of greed. And finally, the fifth was Timothy Soro himself, whether he knew it or not, as he began developing his own influence out of his fetish desire to make everyone he met big, healthy and muscular, for instance he had already turned his two best friends and even his new friend Christopher into his loyally evil yet equal minions.

In response to upcoming threats (minus himself), normally Timothy would rely on two electrical aluminum sticks in self-defense with an extra bit with a butterfly knife, given that he was a masterful practitioner in Eskrima/Arnis. However, he was a slow shooter with even a pistol, as he mostly preferred headshots over anywhere else. Oddly enough, at the time of joining the project, he had brought other weapons that he barely until his next stage. As he became a Super Soldier, his mind became sharper, allowing him to improve his shooting skills, although Chris had to prevent him from going trigger happy. He also began using two sticks as a single long one, as well as unsheathing his custom-made Kampilan sword, emitting electrical bolts from the blade. He also received a license (mandated by Chris only for him) to use heavy railgun weaponry, mainly a pair of custom ones designed by Chris for the brown fox, completely different from one for an actual soldier named Samuel Husky. As he earned the temporary Juggernaut ability, he went on a brief rampage around the training grounds until Chris injected him with a drug specified for suppressing rage. Thanks to the drug, Timothy calmed down, but instead of reducing his aggression, its chemicals were brutally merged with Todeswurm-borne genes, causing his rage level to remain high even as a Super Soldier, mixing his rage with pleasure, and making the Juggernaut state evolve into a permanent state in the matter of five years. Additionally, his influence became stronger, making those under that develop muscles a bit quicker albeit rage-inducing, even while not training.

Despite consistent incidents and his growing influence, Timothy moved on until December 25th, where everyone around the mountain base were celebrating Christmas Day. He gathered up his friends in a fast food restaurant, including Diego Dagdag, EJ Spenser, Wilbur Wallaby, Christopher North, Patih Jantung, Jay Heartwing, Hector "Sonic" Vidal, Dane Fushigi, Peri Longfox, Krister Gudilibat, and EJ Husky. The Christmas party consisted of many enjoyable games, film showings, buffet tables of various foods and drinks, etc. Overall, it lasted two hours until midnight, and then there would be another two hours of more activities past midnight, but some opted to retire and sleep. Afterwards, Timothy would be honorably discharged and be sent back home with several of friends having become as big as him, with a duffel bag of dozens of muscle growth serum with him. And there, he would be met with surprise from his sister Rosemary and the welcome party. Apparently while he was gone, Rosemary had already learned what the MALAKAS Project was all about, and she wished to experience living in that mountain base, instead of quick injection. Her determination impressed him so much that he helped her prepare for her upcoming trip next week. Timothy had also informed Chris about it, and convinced him that she could be his successor as an instructor, but despite being an equal to the brown fox, Rosemary proved to be naive especially when dealing with serious elements behind the project. So while Timothy got to enjoy what he had missed in the city, Chris had to help Rosemary get familiar with the mountain base.
