Dinosaurs and horror: two things that should be mixed more often.
This isn't at all anything like what I usually upload, but I'm an avid fan of horror and wanted to include that with my love for dinosaurs. I also wrote a short story to go with the picture as well; nothing special. As for the picture itself, I couldn't get the blood to show up on the human and dinosaur models. For some reason, blood doesn't appear in the light.

Primal Confinement Breakout: Escape is Hopeless
You crept your way through the halls with great anxiety. The power had suddenly shut down unexplainably leaving only dim lights powered by backup generators to help you see anything at all. Nothing more than 20 feet in front of you was visible, which had you even more jittery knowing what could very well emerge.
You were trapped in an underground facility that you have been working at for nearly a month now. You knew the risks; you knew the dangers when signing on, but, as an assistant to one of the facility’s top researchers, Dr. Keen, you thought you would be safe from it’s bloodthirsty residents. If anything was to go wrong, then the foundation’s security would certainly protect you, but you didn’t know where they were. How could you know where anything was in this terrible labyrinth of hallways? Seriously, who designed this place?
As you tried to navigate through the darkness, your heart pounded like a drum against your chest. You didn’t think to bring a flashlight with you. Hell, you weren’t even sure if you had one in your office, but none of that mattered now. Getting to Dr, Keen was your only chance of escape. He knew the layout of the subterranean maze better than anyone else you knew. The only trouble was finding him, and you thought you could start with his office. At least you knew where that was, so that’s where you headed.
Each and every step you took was nerve-racking. You didn’t want to make a single sound as it might mean your demise. Aside from the many employees and researchers occupied in here, there were the true nightmarish beings that existed in this very same building as well. They were alien to you but no doubt terrifying in nature, and it was with great regret that you had to pray that they didn’t break free from their confined cells.
Eventually, you stepped in something wet and looked down. You had come to a T-intersection in the hallway and could see several black stains across the tiled floor that created a trail down the perpendicular hallway. Kneeling down, you dipped two fingers into the mysterious liquid and held it up to your face. With one whiff, you could detect that it wasn’t oil, and it clearly wasn’t water. What was it? You dared yourself and decided to taste it by flicking your tongue across the tip of one of your covered fingers. Your eyes widened in horror as you discovered that the dark liquid spread across the floor in front of you was blood, possibly fresh. The trail went left from right down the hall. One end was the beginning and one was the end, but which was which you could never tell. You took your chances and decided to head left hoping it wouldn’t lead to whatever caused this disturbing mess.
In little time, you saw the glow of a white light around a corner ahead of you. You didn’t know what to make of it, so you moved cautiously. As you snuck closer, you heard a peculiar noise. It was like a low grumble coupled with odd sloshing sounds.
You turned the corner and saw Dr. Keen. He looked at you with a blank expression as he was lying on the ground. Standing over him and tearing into his flesh was an unspeakable monstrosity with red, menacing horns. Its sharp, blood-stained teeth made short work of biting into your employer’s body, taking sizable chunks of meat apart before gulping them down. Its scaly frame was lit up by a large flashlight that was lying on the ground facing it, alongside Dr. Keen’s clipboard and binder. The bloodtrail that led to the gruesome scene spread out even more with stains painted on the windowed-walls and ceiling.
You uttered the most quiet sound of denial and terror that encapsulated your heart, causing the prehistoric creature to rear its ugly head at you. With eyes glowing in the light, it emitted a short growl before returning back to its meal.
You wanted to look away but couldn’t as you watched the carnivorous beast continue to rip into the unconscious man: a man you once knew. You shed a tear of both sadness, fear, and, most importantly, distress as you realized what you were witnessing was your only hope of getting out lying dead on the ground, getting eaten.
How could you possibly escape this dastardly place alive?

I like horror purely for its creepy, disturbing, and mysterious elements, but I should've known that was a thing. Nevertheless, that would depend on what fetish I'd be combining it with because certain ones, I think, wouldn't fit in with the genre. Adding the wrong (or right, depending on your opinion) fetish would turn this from a "horror" into a "horror comedy" and couldn't be taken seriously (which I can't believe those actually exist since those two genres are like polar opposites).
So to answer your question, no; I would not combine horror and fetish stuff. The closest I'd get is vore since horror monsters like to eat people, although not always in one piece.
